To me, this business has always been about people first, and that belief has never changed. Away from the dealership, I'm a husband and father, and my faith is the foundation of how I try to live and lead. I spend my time with family, teaching others what the Bible teaches, and traveling, with the Caribbean, Ireland, and Italy among my favorite places, a reminder that everyone has a story worth hearing. What I love most is developing people, coaching my team to serve you with honesty, patience, and respect. Hi, I’m Angel Vazquez Carrion, and I’m proud to be part of the team at Bridgewater Chevrolet. I’ve been in the automotive industry for 13 years, and what led me to this career was the opportunity to work with people, build relationships, and help customers make confident decisions when choosing the right vehicle.

My name is Noah Ferraez. I grew up in Readington, New Jersey watching football with my mom...which made me a die-hard New York Giants fan! My family has been in the car business since 1978, which started in Memphis Tennessee Grandfather David Ferraez. When I was in 6th going into my 7th grade I started my first job which was here at Bridgewater Chevrolet in the detail department. After 2 summers cleaning cars, I moved through our service department, I became a greeter! Some of you long time customers might recognize me or my name from bringing your vehicle to get serviced. I grew to build long lasting relationships with ALL service writers, technicians, and operators. After another 2 summers there, my Junior year of Highschool I was moved into the showroom. I started as our "delivery coordinator". After customers purchased their new vehicle, I had the opportunity to show them how to work it! Pairing your phone, setting up OnStar services, even down to how to work your blinkers... This gave me a huge edge before stepping on the sales floor, as my product knowledge is on point, and answering common (or random) questions became 2nd nature. I graduated Highschool in June of 2020, and started full time sales the next day! I started at the very last desk, and no previous customers to work with. Almost 6 years later, with the support of my father and uncle, my skills, confidence, and customer base have grown tremendously! All this background is evidence that you couldn’t have picked a more reliable salesperson! I look forward to working with you!

With over 12 years of client-facing experience, I am passionate about building meaningful relationships, providing exceptional customer service, and helping clients navigate their leasing journey with confidence. After entering the automotive industry in 2024, I found a career where I could combine my commitment to serving others with my ability to solve problems and deliver results efficiently. I focus on creating seamless customer experiences while supporting marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and community connection. My background in communication, relationship management, and customer service, combined with my self-taught skills in photography, videography, and social media marketing, allows me to bring creativity and strategy to my role. Outside of work, you'll likely find me at the gym, dancing, on the golf course, or spending time with family. I'm a proud aunt to two nieces and one nephew, who bring so much joy to my life.

I've been obsessed with cars for as long as I can remember, so working in the car business was a pretty natural fit. As the Used Car Manager, I enjoy helping people find the right vehicle while making the process fast, fun and easy! When I'm not surrounded by cars, you'll usually find me with the people who matter most: my beautiful wife, Caleigh, my amazing daughter, Elaina, and our four-legged family members who definitely run the house.

I have proudly dedicated my entire automotive career to the General Motors family, beginning in 2007 and advancing through nearly every level of dealership operations. My journey started as a Detailer and Greeter before progressing through roles including Loaner Coordinator, PDI Technician, Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, and ultimately Service Director. Today, I oversee service operations for all three Family Ferraez Automotive franchises: Chevrolet, GMC, and Buick. My success has been built on a simple philosophy: treat people the way they deserve to be treated. I am passionate about developing and mentoring team members, helping them grow professionally while creating a culture founded on respect, accountability, and genuine care for both employees and customers. I work closely with my management team to continuously improve, embrace change, and adapt to the evolving needs of our industry.

Hello my name is Javier! I have been in the industry for 32 years. I started as a technician, worked as a service advisor and eventually moved to the parts department. When I am not at the dealership I do a lot of electronic experiments that involve building and flying remote control helicopters and drones.
