Roger is a graduate of NCM’s General Sales Management I, General Sales Management II, and GSM Masters programs. He also completed NCM’s intensive 12-month General Management Executive Program, receiving advanced executive training in dealership financial management, variable operations, fixed operations, inventory control, leadership, accountability, and organizational performance.
His leadership philosophy is simple: take care of people, respect their time, communicate honestly, and build standards that hold—even when the leader is not in the room. As General Manager, Roger remains hands-on and accessible to both his customers and employees. He believes every customer deserves to be heard, respected, and treated like a long-term member of the dealership family.
