Anthony Basilici

I have proudly dedicated my entire automotive career to the General Motors family, beginning in 2007 and advancing through nearly every level of dealership operations. My journey started as a Detailer and Greeter before progressing through roles including Loaner Coordinator, PDI Technician, Service Advisor, Assistant Service Manager, and ultimately Service Director.

Today, I oversee service operations for all three Family Ferraez Automotive franchises: Chevrolet, GMC, and Buick.

My success has been built on a simple philosophy: treat people the way they deserve to be treated. I am passionate about developing and mentoring team members, helping them grow professionally while creating a culture founded on respect, accountability, and genuine care for both employees and customers.

I work closely with my management team to continuously improve, embrace change, and adapt to the evolving needs of our industry.
